Burlington, Colorado resident and former Longmont, Colorado resident Delores Helen Conlin, passed away on July 19, 2010 at her home in Burlington with her family by her side. She was 72 years old.
Delores was born on September 17, 1937 in Berthoud, Colorado to Clifford C. and Irene K.A. (Cook) Thornburg. She was one of three children. Delores attended school in Loveland, Colorado and graduated in 1955 from Loveland High School.
On July 31, 1956, Delores married Cletus Jerome Conlin in McCook, Nebraska. To this union four children were born; Patricia, Linda, Michael and Mark.
Delores lived most of her life in Longmont, Colorado. While living there, she was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
Delores is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Jerome of 54 years, her four children; Patricia Conlin and Linda Conlin of Longmont, Colorado and Michael Conlin and Mark Conlin of Burlington. She is also survived by two grandchildren Nichole Gladkowski and her husband Daniel of Aurora, Colorado and Clifford Gamble of Green Bay Wisconsin; one sister Lorma Sterkel of Mead, Colorado, one brother Charles Thornburg and his wife Margaret of Loveland, Colorado, two nieces Deedre and her husband Steven Gantenbein of Johnstown, Colorado and Genia Tamez and husband Chris of Windsor, Colorado, and one nephew Scott Thornburg and his wife Brenda of Loveland, Colorado.
