Donald H. Neece

Donald Howard Neece, 76, devoted Christian, husband, father and grandfather, went to his Heavenly home on July 8, 2026. Donald was born in Fairfield, California, on January 15, 1950. His childhood youth was spent in may locations due to his father’s military career. He completed college programs in geology, aviation management, nuclear medicine, and computer science. He married Kristi Colvin in 1978 in Boulder, Colorado. Don worked as a computer systems administrator for 25 years at Buckley AFB until his retirement in 2008. Always a passionate Denver Bronco fan, wearing the orange and blue was a must on any game day. He was an avid train and model railroad fan and Lego builder.

Donald is survived by his wife, Kristi (Colvin); his daughter, Katy Taylor and her husband, Anthony Taylor; and his daughter Molly Echevarria and her husband, Daniel Echevarria. Donald has eight grandchildren: Wesley Siegman, Kallie Taylor Dunn, Laine Taylor, Edward Siegman, Adam Taylor, and Phoenix, Joshua, and Dinah Echevarria. Donald is also survived by his brother, Anthony Neece, and sister-in-law, Olivia Neece.

Donald was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Neece.
