George and Janice loved following their sons’ sports programs and later kept up with all their grandsons’ sports of football, basketball, and baseball (George’s Favorite) and hockey.  George’s favorite pass time was spending time with family and friends playing several hands of cards especially pitch and pinochle.  He loved watching any kind of baseball game.  His grandsons specifically remember him at every game yelling “Be Ready Out There”.

George is survived by his wife Janice of 64 years.  He is also survived by his son Randy (Lisa) grandson Kasey (Stephanie) and great granddaughters Hailey and Abby; Grandson Jared (Jennah) and great granddaughter Hazel.    Son Russ (Angie), granddaughter Tiffany and grandson Ethan.
