Herman E. Otto

Donald Ernest Otto of Limon, Colorado passed away July 30, 2019.  He was 65 years old.

Don was born in Ohio on November 29, 1953 to Herman Otto and Rose (Setko) Parks. Don married Linda Heatwole on July 25, 1973, in West Virginia and was blessed with three children. Don was a loving husband, father, brother and uncle.  He enjoyed fishing, reading, playing computer games, hunting, traveling and riding motorcycles. He was a member of     Hi-Plains Baptist Church in Limon.  Don loved to have fun; he enjoyed life and spending time with his family, and his loving dog, Snowflake.

Don is survived by Jeromie Otto of Limon, Colorado, Jacob (Tracy) Otto of Calhan, Colorado, and Jessica Hoffman of Texas. Don is survived by six grandchildren, Donovan Otto of Colorado, Jonathon Otto of California, Shalynn Hoffman of Colorado, Christopher Otto of Colorado, Michael Hoffman of Colorado, and Austin Otto of California.  He is also survived by eight siblings: Re White of Ohio, Gene White of Ohio, Vicky Eddington of Ohio, Patricia Henderson of Ohio, Kathy (Jerry) Rose of Ohio, Perry (Sue) Parks of Ohio, and Julie Barlow of Ohio.

Don is preceded in death by his parents Herman Otto and Rose Setko and his wife, Linda Otto (Heatwole).

Memorial service will be held Saturday, August 10, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at Hi-Plains Baptist Church, 1001 H Ave, Limon, Colorado.
