Jadeen Johnston

Jadeen LaVonne Johnston, 64, passed away on August 18, 2025, in Bennett, Colorado after battling prolonged illness. Born on December 11, 1960, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Jadeen was a caring individual known for her willingness to assist others whenever possible. She faithfully faced the challenges of raising her two daughters alone even while at times working two jobs.

Jadeen is survived by her loving family, including her three siblings, Joe Magnuson, Jerry Weddle, and Julieann Skiver. She was a devoted mother to Misty Johnston and Kristal Millholland; a beloved Nana to Jordan Johnston, Annalisa Millholland, and Sissy Millholland; and aunt to several nieces and nephews.

In her leisure time, Jadeen had a passion for crafting, particularly making wedding cakes and candy creations, which brought joy to many and added a touch of sweetness to every celebration.

A service to honor Jadeen’s life will be held at Springs Lighthouse Church, 4777 N. Academy Blvd 80918 at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 4, 2025. Jadeen will be deeply missed by all who knew her, as she leaves behind a legacy of dedication to family.
