Livestream link to Celebration of Life for Justin Stone
Justin (Judd) Cody Stone went to be with his Lord and Savior on December 26, 2025. Justin was born on March 16, 1981 in Denver, CO to Richard Stone Jr, of Conifer CO, and Pamela Nothnagel of Apache Junction, AZ.
As a child Justin was very busy! He was a boy scout, played tee-ball, and eventually baseball, until he joined Westernaires in 1990. He made so many life-long friends during his riding years. He also enjoyed team roping with his mentor Kevin Bredeson. Justin had 3 horses he rode, but his favorite was a paint named Buzz. He loved animals! Justin had a childhood dog named Cody, and a pot belly pig named Bob!
Justin married Cala on September 08, 2000, and had two, all around BEAUTIFUL girls who filled his heart with joy and love.
Through his years he never slowed down. Because of his hard work and determination, he was able to achieve all of his dreams not only for himself but for his girls as well. He loved camping and boating with friends and family, hunting, snowboarding, snowmobiling…. the list goes on! But his all-time love was watching his girls with their sports or hobbies. He never missed a beat with them.
Justin was a successful entrepreneur of Stone Construction for over 15 years. The Lord blessed him with a mind that could envision anything, and the hands to build it.
His most recent pride and joy is a 3 year-old, and called him Popi. A true blessing that he got to experience that love!
Although we will all miss him dearly, we have comfort knowing, that until we meet again, he is resting in the arms of Jesus.
Justin is survived by his wife Cala Stone, two daughters Hayley (Todd) Morris, Autumn Stone and granddaughter Bexley Morris. His mother Pam (Brad) Nothnagel, father Richard Stone Jr. His siblings; Ryan Stone, Lindsay (Chris) Essman, Miles (Shawnee) Stone, Summer (Chad) Mondragon, Crystal (Joe) Leyba, Casey Nothnagel, Anthony (Riley) Beach, Catherine (Chad) De Lacer, Taylor Beach, Matthew Beach, Kyle Stone and Connor Stone, 12 nephews and 11 nieces.
He was preceded in death by Richard ("Stoney") Stone Sr, Jim and Patsy Dunn, Ken and TJ Chasteen.
