Lawrence William Silvestri Jr.

Lawrence William Silvestri Jr., also known as “Larry or Butch” went home to be with the Lord on April 15, 2018 in Strasburg, Colorado.

He was born on August 31, 1942 in San Francisco, California, to Lawrence William Silvestri Sr.and Lola Lucille (Culleton) Silvestri.

Larry was an avid hockey fan.  Like his father he also played and coached hockey.  Larry also picked coaching back up to help with the local pewee baseball club.  He worked in the construction industry as a project superintendent his entire.  Once he retired he worked part time for the Bennett Recreation Center.

Larry loved the community along the I-70 corridor.  His smile was known to many.

Larry is survived by his wife Sandy of Strasburg, Colorado, children; Larry III, Tammy, Rick, Teri, Corri and  Angalique.  He is also survived by his mother Lola Silvestri, his sister Linda, as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.

Services for Larry Silvestri will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2018, 2:00 P.M. at the Bennett Recreation Center, in Bennett, Colorado.
