Live Stream Link for Lenny D. Pelc
Lenny Dean Pelc, of Strasburg, Colorado, passed away September 2, 2024, at the age of 63. He was born on June 19, 1961, in Lynch, Nebraska, and spent his childhood on the family farm before graduating from Howells High School, in Howells, Nebraska, in 1979.
After graduation, Lenny took on various jobs until enlisting in the United States Army in 1983, where he served for 12 years until 1995. During that time, Lenny married Deborah Nachbaur on March 21, 1985, in Wahiawa, Hawaii. Together, they built a loving family. They decided to settle in Colorado, and Lenny worked as a data analyst for Northrop Grumman for 20 years. Upon retirement, Lenny fully embraced his passion for life, dedicating his time to RVing and fishing across the country, activities that brought him great joy. An avid fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Lenny took pride in his roots and enjoyed sharing that passion with his loved ones.
Lenny's legacy continues through his wife, Deborah Nachbaur, of Strasburg, CO; his sons, Jacob (Ashley) Pelc of Aurora, CO, Jeremy Pelc (Lauryn Adams) of Aurora, CO, and Jordan (Megan) Pelc of Strasburg, CO; and his eight grandchildren: Jaydon, Urijah, Addison, Silas, Carson, Liam, Grayson, and Tristan. He also leaves behind his brothers, Philip (Linda) Pelc of Apache Junction, AZ, and Randal (Jodi) Pelc of Columbus, NE, along with his stepmother, Darlene Krafka.
Lenny is preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Shirley (Walth) Pelc of Spencer, Nebraska; his brother, Steven Pelc of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania; and his son, Joshua Pelc.
