Marie Jean Clark

Marie Jeane Clark, 52 of Calhan, Colorado passed away unexpectedly on September 10, 2017. Marie was born in Beaverton, Oregon on October 27, 1964 to John Memsic and Mary Jean Host Memsic she grew up in Hillsboro, Oregon before moving to Colorado. She married Charles Clinton Clark at Central Bible Church in Matheson, Colorado. The couple enjoyed their four legged family. Marie was a Loan Officer for Farmer’s State Bank in Calhan, Colorado. She enjoyed riding her mule “Preacher”, quilting, reading, playing Bunco with friends and her book club. Marie was a blessing to everyone she met. Marie is preceded in death by her grandfather; Norbert Holst. She is survived by her four legged family members; Toby, Rembrandt, Nexus, Rooster, Buddy, Preacher and Lil Joe. Marie is also survived by her parents; Lee and Mary Mayes and John Memsic, siblings; Carolyn Seymour and Greg Lechner of Madras, Oregon and Sheri (Les) Tice of University Place, Wyoming, nieces; Amanda and Chelsey, nephews; Dan, John and Jeff and great nieces; Taylor and Alysia. A Memorial Service for Marie was held on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Central Bible Chapel in Matheson, Colorado.
