Marilyn Jean Busby

September 28, 1935 — June 28, 2018

Marilyn Jean Busby, 82, of Littleton, Colorado, peacefully passed away June 28, 2018. Marilyn was born September 28, 1935 in Huron, South Dakota. She married Sheldon Clinton and had 3 children. She later divorced and married Harold "Had" Busby, who had 2 children from a previous marriage. Theirs was a union of "soul mates". Together they enjoyed camping, boating, and fishing with their family and friends. When she was at home, her time was spent with gardening and she loved her flower gardens most of all.

Marilyn had a wonderful outgoing spirit and is remembered by many for her smile, great sense of humor, and laughter. She will be sorely missed by all those who knew her and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Had Busby, and son, Jeffrey Clinton. She is survived by her daughters, Becky (Gary)Hindman of Santa Clara, Utah and Linda Thomas of Littleton, Colorado; her step-children, Becky Roos of Longmont, Colorado and Brad Busby of Denver, Colorado; five grandchildren: Lisa, Stephanie, Aimee, Tyler, and Tyra and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Don (Jeannie) Nelson of Newhall, California and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in memory of Marilyn to Alzheimer’s Association (www. alz.org).
