Paul Samuel Fritzler Jr- 8/1/1944-11/28/2020 Long time corridor resident Paul Samuel Fritzler Jr passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on November 28, 2020 at the age of 76. He was born on August 1, 1944 to Paul and Anna Fritzler who farmed in Bennett Colorado and later moved to Deer Trail. He grew up in Deer Trail, CO working on the family farm and dairy. He graduated from Deer Trail High School in 1962 and attended Business College in Denver. Paul married Sharon on July 31, 1968. Although he worked many jobs such as oil fields, construction, and sales, he was always rooted in the family farms growing crops and raising cattle. He was an avid hunter and loved hunting and fishing with his dad, Paul Sr. and his sons. He was a proud member of the Elks Lodge in Deer Trail and even became an exalted ruler for a time. His favorite hobbies were bowling and gardening and playing cards. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren participate in sporting events. He was very much a family man who enjoyed having his family around him at all times. Paul is survived by his wife Sharon Fritzler of Byers CO, sisters Lucy (Ron) Story of Edmonton, Alberta Canada, and Marge Polanchek of Belfield ND, brother Ken (Linda) Fritzler of Elkhart IN. His three children Michael (Tami) Lemley of Simla CO, Michelle (Ronald) Miller of Byers CO, and Paul (Dawn) Fritzler III of Byers CO. His 11 grandchildren Sarah, Megan, Zacheriah, Garrett, Rebekah, Samantha, Tyler, Nathan, Lexis, Mikayla, and Kayden. As well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; Paul & Anna Fritzler Sr., and his brother-n-law; David Polanchek. A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
