Roseann Pianella

Roseann Pianella, 79, passed away on February 24, 2026, in the dignity of her home with her family by her side. She was born on August 31, 1946.

Roseann graduated Oriskany Central High School in 1965 and worked at Marcy Psychiatric Center for over 30 years.

She is predeceased by her mother, Theresa Pianella.

Roseann leaves behind her three children and their spouses: Toni Ann Pianella, Hal Hughes (Theresa), Amy Burns (Aaron); grandchildren: Kyle O'Neil (Samantha), Jacob O'Neil (Jordan), Timothy Burns (Natasha), Michael Burns (Victoria); great-grandchildren: Connor, Liam, Leia, Leighton O'Neil; her favorite uncle, Tom Pianella; and cousins Cete Jones and Fran Platt.

The family would like to thank Rachel Struck and Tom Turrell for their unwavering love for our mom.
