Stephen Sprinkle

Stephen was born on January 11, 1986 in Ft. Worth, TX and died on February 28, 2022, in Sausalito, CA. He was a software engineer working in the San Francisco area at the time of his death. Steve's growing up years were spent in numerous places both here and abroad. He graduated from high school in Richmond, VA, and then from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. He was an entrepreneur at heart starting or developing numerous businesses. His spiritual journey was characterized by movement toward Christ, culminating in a glorious meeting and embracing of the Savior in Jackson Hole, WY. The early years following were glorious in grace and in struggle. Circumstances of subsequent years became increasingly heavy and complex and he turned and walked other ways. But he was never abandoned. He was never unloved. In fact, every day of his earthly life he was deeply loved. He is survived by his parents, Randy and Nancy Sprinkle of Strasburg, CO, his brother Matthew Sprinkle and wife Mae also of Strasburg, his two sons Teddy (8) and Leo (4) and former wife, Kate, of Rochester, NY, his friend, in love, Hannah Jones as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to: International Mission Board, Box 6767, Richmond, VA 23230 A private Memorial Service will be held at Mountain View Fellowship Church, 1955 Headlight Rd, Strasburg, CO. Interment to follow at Mount View Cemetery, Bennett, CO.
