Flagler, Colorado resident William J. Duncan passed away on February 2, 2021 at his home in Flagler, Colorado. He was 88 years old.
William was born on April 8, 1932 to Glenn and Goldie (Fergenson) Duncan in Parco, Wyoming. He was one of four sons born to this union.
He attended school in Rawlins, Wyoming and graduated in 1950. William was a Golden Glove Boxer and played football in his high school years.
William and Vivian Joan McAtee were married in 1950. To this union three children were born; Bonnie, William and Robert. Vivian passed away in 1962.
He worked at Coors in Golden, Colorado as a construction worker for 45 years.
Some of his favorite pastimes were fishing, hunting, watching boxing and football especially the Denver Broncos.
He is preceded in death by his wife Vivian, his son William, his second wife Ethel and his three brothers.
Those left to cherish his memories are his daughter Bonnie (Marvin) Brooks of Flagler, Colorado, his son Robert Duncan of Lakewood, Colorado, his grandchildren; Craig (Angela) Cordell of Flagler, Colorado, Candy (Stephanie) Cordell of Athens, Tennessee, Cassie (Leonard) Parry of Flagler, Colorado, Cody Cordell of Grand Lake, Colorado, Robert (Amanda) Duncan of Denver, Colorado and Peter Duncan of California. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
William wishes were to be cremated and no services held.
